Exciting New Features for Teachers and Students on Book Taco!

Book Taco is thrilled to announce two fantastic updates designed to make the classroom reading experience even more engaging and efficient! Teachers now have more ways to track student progress with a new Group Reading Log feature and two new graphic organizer modules for nonfiction books. Here’s what’s new:

Group Reading Log: Track Read Alouds for Student Credit

With the new Group Reading Log feature, teachers can now record classroom or group read-aloud sessions. This tool allows you to log the number of pages read and the total reading time. Best of all, you can easily give credit to individual students, ensuring their participation in read-alouds is reflected in their reading logs.

New Graphic Organizers for Nonfiction Books (Individual Use)

3-2-1 Nonfiction Fun: This interactive organizer is perfect for students to reflect on nonfiction books individually. They can list three things they learned, two questions they still have, and one thing they found most interesting.

Nonfiction Book Report: In this new book report format, individual students can describe the main subject of the book, share their favorite part, and highlight interesting facts they discovered.

These features are now live on Book Taco, giving teachers even more tools to enhance student learning. Log in today and start exploring!
